We will pre evaluate clients’ manuscripts and recommend appropriate journals based on their needs. Due to the completely different publishing standards of different publishers, we will collect this information and develop scientific and reasonable publishing and ethical standards.
Through our consulting services, we strive to assist clients in revising and improving their manuscripts to meet some of the basic standards of publishing houses, helping clients’ manuscripts to be published smoothly by publishing houses. However, it is worth noting that our service charges fees based on the results of the service, which means that only when the client’s manuscript is accepted by the journal through our service, will the client need to pay us the service fee. However, if the manuscript is not rejected by the journal, all of our services are free.

Service price of publishing consultation
We divide service prices according to different retrieval databases. In order to follow academic ethics and publishing ethics, we require that the manuscripts provided by customers must be authentic and credible, and the manuscripts written by customers themselves must be confirmed by themselves to ensure that the research results are original. We oppose any form of academic misconduct, including plagiarism, misappropriation and fabrication of research manuscripts. Customers need to provide us with complete and original manuscripts.
Our service process includes:
- Preliminary evaluation of the manuscript
- Modification and polishing of the basic English language
- Revision of the structure and content of the manuscript
- Invite professionals to review and give suggestions for revision.
- The manuscript content modification
- Choose the appropriate academic journals or conference journals.
- Assist customers to submit manuscripts.
- Assist the customer to complete the revision of the manuscript.
- Get accepted by publishers
- The manuscript was officially published
We select suitable journals based on customer requirements, which will be indexed by mainstream search agencies including SCI, EI, SSCI, etc. Due to the vast number of publishers and journals worldwide, we will submit manuscripts to suitable journals according to our clients’ requirements and assist them in successfully publishing their manuscripts. We distinguish the types of journals based on their retrieval by different search agencies, so we have divided the service fees into different categories. It is obvious that the higher the level of a journal, the higher the quality requirements for manuscripts that publishers will have, which will also require us to spend more time and effort serving clients. Therefore, different levels will incur different service fees.

We use each manuscript as the unit price.
NOTICE: We only request payment from clients after the manuscript is accepted by the publisher’s journal, and the entire service is free of charge if the manuscript is rejected.
Confidentiality agreement
As an honest service provider, we never disclose customer information to any undisclosed third party, including the customer’s name, email, affiliation, manuscript title, manuscript content, etc.
We have always strictly kept our trade secrets confidential, which is the most important responsibility of our services.
Refund and Dispute Policy
Please note that all of our services are never charged in advance. We are different from many service providers, our philosophy is always to serve first and then collect payment.
(1)Translation and polishing services:
- Our customer service personnel have reached a cooperation agreement with the customer to determine the price based on the number of words in the translated text;
- The customer confirms this price and agrees to accept our service;
- We complete the service and send the completed manuscript to the client via email;
- The customer confirms the completion of the service and pays the fee.
After sales terms:
After completing the service, we usually allow the client to provide suggestions on the quality of the work we have completed. We have an obligation to make further modifications according to the client’s requirements within 5 days after the work is completed, until the client is satisfied.
(2)Service price of publishing consultation:
We modify the manuscript provided by the client according to their requirements. We assist the client in submitting the manuscript to a suitable journal, and we guarantee that the journal meets the client’s needs. After the manuscript is officially accepted by the journal, the client should pay our service fee as agreed.
Manuscript officially accepted by the journal: The journal sends an official acceptance email notification to the client’s email or the email we provide, or the manuscript status on the publisher’s official website system changes to “Accept”.
When the client fails to fulfill this responsibility, we have the right to provide feedback to the journal and withdraw the accepted manuscript.
